Family Details:
My name is Kuldeep Rameshrao Mankar. I am pursuing my first-year bachelor's degree in Pharmacy and I am here to raise funds for my father Mr. Rameshrao Uttamrao Mankar who is 58 years old. Mr. Rameshrao Uttamrao Mankar lives in Murtizapur, Maharashtra with his spouse & children.
Patient History:
He is currently admitted and receiving pre liver transplants treatment at Rims Hospital, Amaravati, Maharashtra. My father is suffering from the chronic nature of the disease and long-term poor prognosis and various treatment options including liver transplantation have been explained to us and advice to shift my father to a liver transplant center ASAP for further treatment. Upcoming Thursday i.e. on 12th Aug, We are planning to shift my father to the Dinanath Mangeshkar hospital in Pune for further medication and liver transplantation.

We came from a lower-middle-class family but still, We've managed to spend about Rs. 300000. We've arranged this amount from our savings & loans. My family has already paid for the expenses till now and we are financially short for the next steps of his treatment. As the required amount is huge, I request you to kindly contribute towards the treatment and help during this tough time of need. Each contribution is very important for us!
