My name is Vrajendra Singh Rana and I am here to raise funds for my Office Colleague - Mr. Bilal Uddin who is 35 year old and working as an Office Boy in our organization. Mr. Bilal Uddin lives in Hojai, Assam. He is suffering from both Kidney failure since 1 year and now brain condition as well. After his initial treatment in Gurugram, he is currently admitted and receiving Care in a private hospital in his home town. He has developed a brain condition due to side effect of rapid dialysis. His mother is donating him a kidney for his transplant post which they will go further for the treatment for his brain condition.

In the next few days, we need Rs.20,00,000 more for further treatment.
