With a hopeful heart, I am Sushant Rout, writing this request for a donation for the treatment of my neighbour and friend Mohan Mishra. He is 49 years old and he is the bread earner for his family. We both live in the same neighbourhood. Mohan Mishra lives in Cuttack, Odisha with his spouse, mother, and his children. He was diagnosed with Oral Cancer a few months ago. At present, he is receiving Chemotherapy at Acharya Harihar Post Graduate Institute of Cancer Cuttack, Orissa. He is not yet admitted. Till now we have spent about 1,00,000 on his treatment. I know him as a very hard-working man who serves his family’s needs in the best possible manner he could. He has the responsibility of his mother, wife, and his only son. Nobody except him is working and earning in his family. He worked as a cook in catering business. His son is doing some vocational course but he has not got any job yet. In such a difficult situation it has become almost impossible for this family to manage the treatment of his life-taking disease. His family is in no condition to pay the expenses of his medicines and treatment. So, I thought of reaching out for help to save the life of Mohan. And I can’t do anything without your support. A small amount of donation from you can save his life. The collection of the fund will be directed to his treatment so that he could get back to work as soon as possible. This amount that you would have spent here and there could be used in his medication and wellness and will save his precious life.

We have arranged some amount from savings and loans. But it is not enough for the treatment. In the next few days, we need Rs. 20,00,000 more for further treatment and medications. Please come forward to support this noble cause. Every penny will be of immense help.
