My name is Riyaz and I am raising funds for my cousin, Mohammad Saleem dar who is suffering from Liver cirrhosis/ hepatic cirrhosis/Acute liver failure. The family has done all it can to collect the total amount required for the treatment but Rs.2000000 more is required to pay for all the medical expenses to make the transplant happen. As per the doctors, Liver transplant is the only option for the survival of this patient.The patient has been in *private hospital* srinagar since 2weeks.
