My name is Firdous Kalam and I am here to raise funds for my Mama (Uncle) Md Umar who is 40 years old.He has 2 young daughters and is the  bread winner and soul earner of his family.He works for Zomato as a delivery boy and lives in Kolkata, West Bengal with his family. Md Umar is suffering from mouth cancer early stage clinically known as "Infiltrating squamous cell carcinoma" for 2 months now and recently he was diagnosed with heart blockage as well. He was hospitalized for his heart conditions in PG hospital and after angiogram it's been found he has several blockage in his heart in which open heart surgery is needed he is recently discharged for the further treatment and has been given a following date of 6th of December with reference for the operation,he is yet to go for tongue cancer surgery at Netaji Nursing Home park Lane but is not yet admitted for now his prior treatment is heart surgery as suggested by surgeons, because his family has "Swasthya Sathi Card" so we could do some waive off but still the surgery cost is approximately 200000 for now .His family financial condition is not well they hardly survive in every day living as a family member we are doing as best as we can and has already spent almost 25000 for his reports and treatment from our savings.In the next coming days we will be requiring an accurate amount for his undergo surgery and further treatment.
