My name is Shashank Upadhyay and I am here to raise funds for my neighbor Mantira Chowdhary who is 50 years old.

Due to lack of money, her family couldn't afford money for her treatment. Her husband is a farmer and her sons are also poor labourers. They spent their all money

Mantira Chowdhary lives in Maharajganj district near Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh (with) their spouse & children. She is suffering from a Brain tumor for the past few days. She is receiving medication at The Private Hospital but has not yet been admitted. Until now, we've spent about Rs. 20000. The doctor has referred her to Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia hospital Lucknow. I will soon provide estimated cost for treatment.
