I'm Manoj From a small village, my dad is a farmer ,and doing farming from past 10 years, due to lack of rain fall at times, and excess rainfall another time, we have faced huge loss in agriculture from the  past 2 years which resulted in loosing all belongings, we have no money to plant any crops now as previous crop faced huge rainfall , which resulted in complete crop loss.
