Manjunath is from a financial backward family. His mother is a housewife and works in other houses for the daily bread and butter, father is a auto driver and  has a struggling brother to collect some money for Manjunath's operation.
Manjunath's parents got to know about the hole in his heart when he was a kid and he had undergone a heart surgery. After some years in the year of 2014 again he started vomiting blood and had to undergo one more heart surgery.
But that was not the end. The issue was not completely fixed. From then he has been looked after like a kid. He can't get down 10 steps in one shot. The family is struggling a lot to take care of him, his medicines and surgery. They already have loans to repay.
Now the pain has started increasing and the doctors have done checkup and have scheduled third and final heart surgery for Manjunath in the month of April/May.
