I've been suffering from End Stage Renal Failure since April 2017. Currently I'm undergoing dialysis twice a week. The treatment is expensive, and with time my health deteriorates. Due to the ailment I lost my job, and at present I am without any income. A kidney transplant is the only alternative that can bring me back to normal life.
