Help my father to Survive & overcome this heart ailments problem..
My father was an small Business owner of Pesticides & Fertilizer shop. He is the only source person of income in our family. He is now 60 & without taking rest a single day he still actively & continuously aggressive towards his work knowingly that his capacity is no more to work in that health condition..he was doing becuase he has big responsibilty behind him of his family.
The main cause of my to raise fund for my father is that At around 10 march 1999 My father has been Suffered from Severe(high) level of Heart Attack. The impact of Heart attack was too high and due to that impact my father's heart was almost 70-80% Damaged & damage was too bad that the 2 main veins LAD & LCX/RCX was completely lost his cell repair capability .
We have recently performed Cardiac Angiography & Cardiac MRI for Heart Viability and too many 2-D Echo & find attached images and report below.
Left Ventricular Ejection fraction(LVEF)
LVEF means the blood flow into the heart to pump. In healthy person (LVEF)must be 70-50% below 40% its impossible to survive for long when heart pumping speed become too low.
But in our case heart pumping level was around 35% that time and impossible to repair.
My father was not able to walk 100 step in a single walk he need to stop atleast 2 times in a small walk and facing shortness of breathe and hypertension and become too tired while doing any small work & from that long time he was living on very high risk.
Doctor prescribed that don't take more than 1.25 liters water in a day including dal juice water etc liquid whatever limited to 1.25 liter in a day & eat 3-4 times in a day at very little proportion every time to avoid heavy body weight n avoid to pressure increase on heart to digest food..avoid salt n oily n heavy food
Avoid heavy lifting & remain at only in bed rest..
But now after many year situation now getting more worse and my father's LVEF level goes to very low level to 20-25%. At that time my father's 2 main veins LAD & LCX/RCX Veins are 100% Completely Blocked and now remaining 2 veins are almost 90% blocked and due to this the pressure increase on heart to flow blood for pumping and due to this heart goes bigger in shape n size its been called Biventricular enlargement & it's impossible to come again in normal shape and size.
By all this effect now the pressure comes on lungs and the main Valve . Now heart pressure was increased to flow blood to heart for pumping and now one of the Valve become leaky..and blood flowing to backward direction and by this blood not properly reaching to the heart..Pulse beating irregular form & blood pressure going to very low.
We have concern around 3-4 Doctor and some of suggest for Heart transplantation or valve replacement and both are too much risky for us.. because heart transplant is a long process to find donor & donor heart match with my father body & into valve repair for every doctor was not good into that & possible to repair leak wall or valve repair was riskier than bypass surgery & last one we met one of the Finest & the best doctor Dr. Anil Jain in Epic Hospital in Ahmedabad who give us hope And Confidence that he will repair that leaky Valve Successfully and he will Do the Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CABG).
Only thing the doctor tell us that as soon as possible the surgery as to be performed without delaying & taking risk..He told us to be prepare financially as become possible without delaying... to improve my father health condition..its my request to all my friends & people please pray for my father and help as fast n soon possible in any best way it may be financially or emotionally and give strength to my family to fight against this...Thank you everyone in advance if you are reading this taking out your precious time..
