I am Niyamath Mohammed, appealing to raise funds for medical treatment of my precious daughter, Maheen Mohammed.
My daughter Maheen Mohammed will turn 12 next week. She was recently diagnosed with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE), more commonly known as Lupus. It is an autoimmune disorder that causes the immune system to produce auto-antibodies that attack tissues and organs, including kidneys. We have been in and out of the hospital for the last few months and had already expended a significant amount of our savings to treat Maheen’s condition.
In the midst of this personal crisis, my entire family has tested COVID+ and are in isolation. Unfortunately, Maheen’s body is too fragile to cope with the infection - she has now developed pneumonia and her oxygen saturation levels have deteriorated rapidly. She is admitted to Rainbow Children's Heart Institute Banjara Hills Road no 10 and was put on a ventilator on 9th May 2021
I am a graphic designer with modest means. I have dug through my savings completely and have no further ability to pay the medical bills. My friends and family have been helping me meet the medical bills for the last few days. So far we spend 6 lakhs approximately maahen second visit to hospital daily bills are around 65k to 75k per day my family already paid 2.5 lakhs support and we are expecting more than 5 lakhs
At this point - I have no choice, but to appeal for monetary help. I request you to please contribute towards Maheen’s treatment.
