Hello everyone,

My name is Bharath, and I am writing this (for fundraising) on behalf of my father, Mr. Laxmareddy. He is currently undergoing treatment for stage 4 non-small cell lung cancer with a rare mutation at a private hospital in Hyderabad. 

Unfortunately, the initial treatment with radiation and chemotherapy was unsuccessful, but we did not give up hope. We started the second line of treatment with targeted therapy in January 2023, which has shown positive results. However, this targeted therapy is very expensive in India. The total cost of my father's treatment is estimated to be around INR 50 to 60 lakhs (60k to 70k USD). We have already spent INR 20 lakhs, and our savings and medical insurance have been exhausted. That's why I am creating this fundraising campaign to help us continue the treatment.
