Am setting this fund raiser for my uncle Lalji Gudhka,  he is current admitted to Sir Kikabai Premchand Medicle Institute hospital in Sion,Mumbai.

He has undergone Bypass surgery , and needs fund for Hospital expense.

The overall cost of surgery is Rs 2.25 lacs,with other hospital expenses it would be approx Rs 3.5 lacs.
