Lal Bhadur Singh is 49 years old and is residing in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. Lal Bhadur Singh has been diagnosed with Retinal disease. But he needs to undergo a surgery to fully recover. He is being treated at Sankara Nethralaya Medical Research Foundation. Which will cost around Rs.150,000.
