Kuldeep is ill from last year. He cant walk. He is taking treatment from Dr. RML hospital New Delhi.
There Dr told him to operate his problem via hips replacement.  His financial condition is very bad.  No earning source at all.  All of his Dr consultation papers are attached herewith in this request.
