Hello,

My name is Kamal Pabba a Soft Skills Trainer based at Hyderabad with seven years in the HR field and six years in the Training field. During this challenging journey, I've come across many fresh aspirants who struggle a lot in the job market. There are many reasons, e.g. lack of direction/empowerment, lack of skills/resources, etc. However, I was attracted more to hidden talent i.e. though they are talented, they are unable to express it due to many reasons e.g. lack of communication/other skills, fear of failure, etc. So, when I was sitting on the other side of the table (as an HR), I was curious to bring such hidden talent into the limelight. 

Though I'm into the soft skills training field for many years, I couldn't focus much on uplifting hidden talent as I need to establish myself as a trainer. Now that I'm well established, have my own source of income and can dedicate some time to bring the hidden talent. It's the right time to begin this social cause and become the reason for creating more employment.

A jobseeker can create jobs for others - is it possible?!

Recently, I shared this idea with my friends (Srikanth, Venugopal, Venkatesh & Ravinder), they too got excited to be part of this initiative.
ecubators.in: It helps students to showcase their hidden talent and become confident, independent working professional instead of depending on conventional ways to struggle in the job market. We believe that everyone has some talent however they need proper direction and adequate resources to get into their dream job or some of them might become entrepreneurs (to create more jobs) as well.

This FREE platform helps youngsters showcase their talent through:
- Conducting events anywhere in India
- Posting articles/projects/works (Text/Video)
- Approaching a) employers with their candid profiles for job purposes and b) investors for starting their own businesses.

Why do we need funds:
- To create a FREE digital platform
- To create a FREE mobile app
- To promote this initiative through campaigns across AP & Telangana, rest can be done digitally/remotely once we establish in the first 3 months time
- To conduct FREE events especially in rural areas (initially in AP& Telangana states) to exhibit their ideas

Project estimation/working model:
- Human Resources: Kamal Pabba, Venugopal Muvvala, Venkatesh Dharavath, Srikanth and Ravi Dumpala
- Cost: INR 3,50,000/-
a) Digital Platform - i) Portal & Mobile App which connects students to employers, investors and trainers/mentors freely - 1,85,900/-; (Please note that we already registered the domain ecubators.in and uploaded a one-page draft content which needs to be revised with the help of content writers)b) VPS Hosting (Godaddy) charges for 2 years: 70,944/-
c) Visiting colleges - Travel, stationery, Food, Marketing expenses, any other miscellaneous: 4850 per college x 6 colleges x 3 months = 87,300/-
d) Digital/Social Media promotion: Video Record, Editing, Posting across youtube channels of ecubators: 5 videos in a month (5 videos per month x 750 per video x 3 months) - 11250/-
