Kalaiarsan was a member of our QA team in Chennai, India. In the short 5 months of his joining, he demonstrated his ability to quickly learn and deliver.

Most importantly he made a transformational impact with everyone he interacted with his positive energy and optimistic character.
Few weeks back he suddenly fell ill and within a quick span his situation deteriorated and he was diagnosed with late stage rare cancer.

All the efforts of the doctors and treatments unfortunately could not save him and he passed away on 11th Feb 2023 in Chennai.

We lost a budding team member, motivational friend and energetic colleague. His family & friends not only lost their loved one, but also the key earning member in the family.

Having known him and his family for a long time (beyond work) I can't get past the fact of how devoted he was to his family and how he worked hard to care and provide for them.

Kalaiarasan Ravichandran is survived by his Father, Mother and a younger brother. We are organizing this fund raiser to help cover their immediate expenses and also to provide financial support for the family as they cope with their sudden loss.
