My father named k. Sailu, suffering from lung cancer which is in 4th stage, at first  it was a small ulcer with severe pain over the right border of tounge which was relieved by medication this continued till 2months, we visited Dr. Gouda ramesh ENT surgeon in warangal and furtherly continued the medication, since it was a non healing ulcer for a long period of time we planned for a biopsy at GOVT Dental hospital, then it was noticed to be well differentiated squamous cell carcinoma, we visited American oncology Institute and Dr. Shasikanth sir ENT onchosurgeon planned for a PET-CT and by staging it was at stage 2.
Dr planned for a WLE and sentinel lymonodes dissection of neck the surgery which was expensive and in lakhs. The surgery has been done and one of the lymphnodes were positive out of 25 the we have undergone radiation treatment which was about 3 lakhs.Later on there is a mass of tissue proliferating from the margins of the dissected areas which is reported to be malignancy with a fixity to the hyoid bone.
This recurrence along with metastasis of lung staged to be in the final stage
Now we want to undergo further treatment in NIMS hospital, Punjagutta, Hyderabad.
As it is a palliative chemotherapy, and immunotherapy with monoclonal antibody like cetuximab.Each cycle has a weekly injection of 700mg which is 2lakhs and a 3weekly cycle of carboplatin and paclitaxel.
My father is a retired RTC driver and we have spent all the money for the initial treatment itself...Now we are unable to pay the money for the treatment.... So please help my father recover with your donations and prayers....Even a penny you send is a hope for us to make my father well...
