I found Dimple roaming the streets with a huge vaginal tumour that made it difficult for her to sit or urinate. She had been living that way for some time now and had probably surrendered to fate; awaiting her slow and painful death. Leaving her like that was not an option so I got her picked.
Vets first suggested chemo, to which she didn’t respond well. The last resort was a surgery which required removing her vagina. Dimple had to go through two surgeries as she still had some tumour left overs after the first one. The second surgery went really but but now she has a manual opening to instead of vagina so she cannot be left back on the streets.
The manual opening is susceptible to infections and needs to be monitored.
I searched for a home for this sweet braveheart who fought and survived cancer. But I think that was the easier battle. Finding her a loving family in India has been the real hardship. Luckily I’ve managed to get in touch with an agency that sends homeless dogs to USA where they get adopted. But I cannot do this alone. Please help me help Dimple and put her on that flight.

This is the story of Khushi who has seen her babies brutally crushed under the wheels of cars not once but a few times. You see the street she lived in sees heavy traffic and no one bothers to stop or pay attention to little puppies scampering on the road.
One day the wheels that crushed her third batch of puppies also ran over her own legs. Passerby’s saw her howling besides the dead bodies of her children. That’s how I met Khushi. She sat there whimpering in pain near dead body of her kid which was perhaps more emotional than a result of her own wound.
I immediately picked her up and got her treated. Although she is spayed, Khushi cannot be left back to the area I got her from.
I’ve arranged for a home for her in USA. Would you please help her start her life afresh and get over the trauma that she’s been through? Please donate towards her happiness 🙏🙏
I will keep this thread updated with pictures when they fly to the US and get to their forever home.
No contribution is small. Every penny counts!
Please share this post as much as possible so we are able to send these babies to their homes sooner for a better life.
Thank you!
