My name is  Krushna Chandra and his 2006 matric batch of Ambadola High School.  We want here to raise funds for our friend Jitendra who is 29 years old. We  studied together in Government High School Ambadola. We 've known Jitendra for 15 years.

Jitendra is only one person to earn in his family and he is at Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya as Security Kumudabali , Muniguda. He had met with an accident at Bhairagada village and had a head injury .

He is currently admitted and receiving treatment at S.C.B. Medical College and Hospital, Cuttack, Odisha. Until now, we've spent about Rs. 15000.
