My name is Jayaram and I am here to fundraise for my self.

I am 42 years old and am residing in Kannur, Kerala. I have been diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease in 2006 and my kidney transplanted once. After 10 years rejected my kidney . Since 2017 March  my life is being survived by the help of dialysis. Now I need a Kidney  retransplant to fully recover. I am being treated at Lakeshore Hospital which will cost around Rs.2,500,000.
