My name is Akhil Saripalli and I am here to raise funds for my friend Jayalakshmi who is 55 years old. Both of us live together in Vizianagram. I've known Jayalakshmi for 4 years.

She is currently retired.

Jayalakshmi lives in Vizianagaram with her spouse. She is suffering from Kidney Dysfunction from the past few months. She is currently admitted and had a Kidney transplant in My cure hospital, Vishakapatnam.

Until now, they've spent about Rs. 400000. They've arranged the amount from savings & loans. In the next 30 days they need 400000 more to undergo Kidney Transplantation, please come forward to support my cause.
