The Cochlear is a human organ that transmits voice, sound into signals and those signals transmit to the brain. In guruansh case, signals are not being sent to Guruansh which is not letting the brain get sound and so Guruansh doesn't hear but this limitation is also acting as a hindrance for him to develop his speech.

He was diagnosed at age of 1.5yrs
We visited a doctor where a cochlear implant was suggested. The estimated cost of surgery and speech therapy: 15L one ear
We took the second option of physiotherapy, ayurvedic medicine & homeopathy treatment before we could decide about surgery.

When Guruansh was 2.5yrs we decided for surgery and started working on funds. Being single earner in family and father of 2 children including Guruansh and his elder sister it wasn't easy to arrange that much funds.
Then covid hit which resulted in salary deduction by company. Had to take loan for monthly survival. Now we have managed to save funds but we are still running short of approximately 8L.
