Patient Name: Gautam Mandal (age-27) belongs to a lower-middle-class family. There are two members in his family, his father, is labor and he is a student. Last week admitted to Jivan Surakhya ( a local private nursing home Bankura, West Bengal ) due to high fever and unconsciousness, 

but they could not able to find the cause of the illness and after raising the bill almost 2.3lakhs, they give up and told that the situation was not in their hand. 

We transferred him to Durgapur IQ City Medical College and hospital(Durgapur, West Bengal) for his further treatment. Now according to the doctor, due to Brain Hemorrhage, he has to admit there for treatment for a long time period.
