9-year-old Gauri dreams of being a doctor when she grows up and has been a fighter since birth against a rare disease called congenital scoliosis (Pediatric).

इस रोग में बच्चों में मेरुदंड की वक्रता विकसित हो जाती है और रीढ़ की हड्डी का स्तंभ बाईं ओर मुड़ जाता है। (एमआरआई रिपोर्ट संलग्न) बीमारी सामान्य जनजीवन को प्रभावित कर रही है।
She was in continuous medical treatment with leading doctors since childhood. Her parents took her to all major experts across the length and breadth of India. The treatment drained the family of personal saving, though were manageable so far.
वह बचपन से ही प्रमुख डॉक्टरों के साथ निरंतर चिकित्सा उपचार में थी। उसके माता-पिता उसे पूरे भारत के सभी प्रमुख विशेषज्ञों के पास ले गए। उपचार ने परिवार के व्यक्तिगत बचत को खत्म कर दिया, हालांकि अब तक प्रबंधनीय था।
However, in her recent medical examination, the doctor strongly recommended a necessary surgery (growth rod application), which would also have an annual procedure until the next 10 years to rectify her ailment, enabling her to live a healthy life. If not done may impact her health severely. Surgery is proposed on 28th Sep 21.
उसकी हाल की चिकित्सा परीक्षा में, डॉक्टर ने एक आवश्यक सर्जरी (ग्रोथ रॉड एप्लीकेशन) की जोरदार सिफारिश की, जिसमें उसकी बीमारी को ठीक करने के लिए अगले 10 वर्षों तक एक वार्षिक प्रक्रिया भी होगी, जिससे वह स्वस्थ जीवन जी सके। यदि ऐसा नहीं किया जाता है तो उसके स्वास्थ्य पर गंभीर प्रभाव पड़ सकता है। 28 सितंबर 21 को सर्जरी प्रस्तावित है।

If the operation is successful, it will give her a chance to lead a near-normal life full of learning as other of her classmates do and an opportunity to fulfil her dream.
यदि ऑपरेशन सफल होता है, तो यह उसे अपने अन्य सहपाठियों की तरह सीखने से भरा सामान्य जीवन जीने का मौका मिलेगा और अपने सपने को पूरा करने का अवसर भी।
Since the implant used in the surgery itself is costly, followed by other charges, and in the end, it is not just one surgery. Such small and medium procedures would continue for the next ten years until Gauri grows and finally leads to another critical surgery to permanently fix the implant.
चूंकि सर्जरी में इस्तेमाल किया जाने वाला इम्प्लांट महंगा है, इसके बाद अन्य शुल्क भी लगते हैं, और अंत में, यह केवल एक सर्जरी नहीं है। इस तरह की छोटी और मध्यम प्रक्रियाएं अगले दस वर्षों तक जारी रहेंगी जब तक कि गौरी बड़ी नहीं हो जाती और अंत में प्रत्यारोपण को स्थायी रूप से ठीक करने के लिए एक और महत्वपूर्ण सर्जरी की जाती है।
