Hi, I'm Ganesh Kumar Anegondi, 31 years old I am an alumnus of IIT Kharagpur and was born with a congenital heart condition known as a VSD (ventricular septal defect), a hole in the heart.

At the age of 10, I underwent open-heart surgery to correct this issue. Unfortunately, as a result of the VSD, I was later diagnosed with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH), a condition that has progressively damaged both my heart and lungs.

Currently, my condition has reached a severe stage, and immediate treatment is crucial. The recommended treatment is an injection called Sotatercept, which is only available in the USA or Germany. The total cost of the required treatment over two years amounts to approximately 5 crore INR, a sum that is far beyond my personal means.
While I have sought assistance from government channels, unfortunately, no support has been came so far. Given the urgency of my situation, as my health continues to deteriorate, I am left with no choice but to turn to the community for help.
