For the forest dwelling Aadivaasis,  wild fires have emerged as another 'Natural disaster'. It was the Amazon forest that attracted global attention, but it's time we realise that these disasters destruct the lives and livelihood in our vicinities, very close by.
On 28th of April 2022, wild fire broke out near adivasis residing village shanigakunta and spreaded across the village. 40 huts turned into ashes in no time. Today is our turn to help the Aadivaasis whose houses (about 40 families), all forest dependant Aadivaasi families are burnt due to forest fire. Losing livelihood, ecosystem and above all, irreparable damage to their lives.

We all must hold hands together in this times of despair to give a ray of hope to the fellow humans who had been protecting the forests in this harsh times.

An Aadivaasi hamlet in Mulugu district of Telangana State, today seeks your help to reintegrate itself back to life from the severe damage caused by the forest fire.Every document in 40 houses were burnt including eduction certificates. Kindly do contribute to people who lost their houses, to the people who lost their livelihood, to the people who lost money for their education.
we need minumum of 3 lakh rupees for the cause to provide the victims basic necessities mainly for the education purpose.

Shanigakunta is an adivasi village. They are far from education. All of the literates are first generation students. There are 36 students affected by this wild fire incident.
All the documents including land , identity cards , educational certificates and much more turned into ashes with the fire. They need your support and contribution to continue their education. Any little contribution would do.

Your sincerely
