My name is Imtiyaz Ahmad Dar and I am here to raise funds for my niece Farhana Sameer who is 17 months old. Her mother is a housewife and a divorcee. Farhana Sameer lives in Sopore, Baramulla, Jammu & Kashmir 193201 with her mother.

Farhana Sameer is suffering from Biliary Atresia (liver disorder) by birth. Doctors have adviced Liver transplant as the only treatment. She is currently receiving medication and treatment at Dr. Rela Institute & Medical Centre Chrompet Chennai 600044.

Until now, we have spent about Rs.13,00,000. We have arranged the amount from loans & selling assets.
