Myself Durga prasad pattanaik I am from Keonjhar a small town in Odisha.
I am suffering from Lupus Nephritis since 2005, last year in Jan 2018 both of my kidneys got failed since then I am surviving by doing dialysis twice a week.
This month after completion of all my checkups and tests finally, my doctor is telling me to have my transplant as soon as possible.

For that I need at least 10 lakh rupees, I belong to a middle-class family having a wife and a 4yr old daughter. Already I am financially empty now due to which I will not be able to afford this transplant, so I kindly request you to help me to survive for my family.
