Dr Hedgewar Institute of Medical Sciences & Research is a 25-bed multispecialty charitable hospital established in 2012 under the parent organization Janakalyan Sewa Sanstha (Amravati, Maharashtra charitable trust registered in 2005, PT Reg. No: F-12773).
Our vision is to provide comprehensive and affordable health care with a holistic approach, as a tool for social change.
We are experiencing more complex & critical patients who require Intensive Care treatment. As there is no ICU set up in our present facility, we have to refuse or refer the patient to other centers with ICU. We wish to take an ambitious step by extending this series of good work in the form of setting up an Intensive care unit.
Our Objectives for the ICU project are: To provide intensive care services. To upgrade our present health care infrastructure to the next level so as to provide the best quality health services. To provide State of the art medical facilities at affordable costs. The Rationale is “No patient be left untreated for want of resources. Every patient; irrespective of his/her socioeconomic status deserve the best quality care.”
