My name is Dr. Vipin Challiyil Pavithran. I am a scientist and an orthodontist, coming from a family with an 800-year history in business in Kerala. I run medical centers in India and Sharjah and formerly owned Camerocks Technologies, a software company I sold in 2016. Despite the sale, I continue to receive numerous queries for remote outsourcing jobs, which inspired me to create a platform for remote work.After consulting with my supportive colleagues, we decided to launch a platform where people can post jobs and remote workers can find opportunities. This idea led to the creation of www.fly-bird.in. Given our busy schedules, we envisioned this platform as a collaborative effort, but we also realized the need for significant funding to bring it to life.

From developing the website and mobile app to advertising and promotions, every step requires financial resources. This is why we are reaching out to the Milaap community to raise seed funding. We are confident that once the app is live, we will make significant strides and potentially be featured in Forbes magazine within the first two years.

Our venture aims not only to empower women by providing remote work opportunities but also to help men and children find local jobs. Additionally, companies can find specific employees without the hassle of advertising or dealing with agencies. FlyBird also has the potential to broadcast news and videos created by its members, generating additional revenue.
