3rd time cancer relapse and severe infection & pneumonia has left my brother in a life-threatning stage.
My name is Shivang and I am raising funds for my brother Deepanshu who was diagnosed with Cancer in 2021. He was all cured in October 2021, but last year in july he had a severe headache & an episode of seizure, after tests were performed, we were informed that cancer has relapsed again and in Brain.
To me, my brother is more than a brother. He is my guardian, guide, and buddy. Because of him, I had a wonderful childhood. He is a vital component of my existence. Life is so unpredictably unexpected. He is currently fighting for his life.
As a last resort, he got done with a surgery, Harsh and high dosage chemotherapies, 15 sessions of radiation therapy and Bone marrow transplant by the end of last year which itself had a lot of complications including multiple seizures over the time, multiple ICU stays and ventilator support. My parents were heartbroken after seeing my brother's suffering.
The overall treatment will all the followups, tests and all the procedures had already cost us close to 50 lakhs, which is a very huge amount for us. Even after BMT he was constantly under all the post transplant supportive care. But recently in july end he complained of back and knee pain and suffered multiple seizures as well, as a result by mid august he was unable to walk or even sit by himself due to csf leak. After all the tests doctors informed us that this is again a relapse and since all the possible treatment line was already done doctors said all they can do is keep him on supportive care. From past 2 months he is on constant medications and intrathecal therapy for which it cost us around 50k per week. Currently he is admitted to max hospital shalimar bagh in a very critical condition where his oxygen levels were dropped to 60 and BP to 80. I only ask for your financial and spiritual assistance.
