Deepak Patil is a very promising MMA fighter in India. He is a multiple times medalist at national level competitions. Some of his accomplishments include, but not limited to:
- Gamma-India 2021 National MMA Championship :-Gold
- Gamma-India 2021 National MMA Championship Striking MMA :-Gold- YODDHA Fighting championship(YFC):- Gold 2017
- Kickboxing National Championship:- Gold Medalist 2015
- Chess-Boxing National Championship :- Silver Medalist 2012
- BOXING State championship:- Bronze 2010
This year he won gold at the 2021 National MMA Championship at Mumbai and has been selected to represent India at the World Championship to be held at Amsterdam, Netherlands from 23rd - 27th March, 2022.
The expenses for the trip comes to about 1,50,000/- INR. However, being a full time athlete with no government support, it is difficult for Deepak to raise this kind of fund, especially during the current pandemic situation.
