My name is Insha and I am here to raise funds for my friend's son Dayim who is 2 years old. Dayim lives in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir with his parents & siblings. The day was born with multiple life-threatening defects.PDA(patent ductus arteriosus) a heart and lung defect and cleft lip, and cleft palate for which he has already undergone 4 major surgeries. we have spent all our savings on his treatment now we are left with no money for his 2 more surgeries.

He has been suffering from Patent ductus arteriosus for the past few months. He receives medication in a private Hospital but has not yet been admitted.

Until now, we've spent about Rs. 6,00,000. We've arranged the amount from savings & loans.
