I’m Danush Khanna, a 3rd-year CS undergrad at Manipal University Jaipur. Happy to share that our paper on mental manipulation detection in conversations using LLMs, "SELF-PERCEPT: Detecting Multi-Person Mental Manipulation in Conversations", has been accepted with the highest rating (5/5) and nominations for the Best Paper Award by all reviewers to the Student Research Workshop at NAACL 2025 in the USA! My co-author and I are the only students from our institute presenting at a *CL (A) venue like NAACL in a long time.

Sadly, our college doesn’t fund conference participation and all our attempts to find support have been unsuccessful. Our total expenses (visa, registration, travel, accommodation) amount to ~INR 1 Lakh+, with INR 40,000 just for registration per person.

I'm seeking partial financial support to make this possible. Any help would mean a lot and encourage undergrad research from Indian institutions.
