Syamala, 42 years, is a resident of Tenali, Guntur dist., Andhra Pradesh. She is an private employee and gets monthly salary as 12,000.

She has "Carcinoma Ovary" Cancer. For surgery, in need of 10 lakhs which is estimated by the doctors of Mahatma Gandhi Cancer Hospital & Research Instititue, Vishakapatnam. Attached the estimation letter. This letter is provided on 19- March-2019. The surgery would be shortly once we receive sufficient funds.

It was diagnosed 5 years back in 2014. She is taking treatment, undergone for 2 surgeries and Chemotherapy. All her savings and help from other sources are exhausted.
