My name is Umapathy, and I am reaching out to seek financial assistance for my brother, Kamal, who is 42 years old. Kamal developed a severe stomach infection that was initially treated at a nearby hospital, where they inserted a drainage tube and administered antibiotics. However, his condition deteriorated significantly after four days, leading to severe complications including hardening and discoloration of his hip area and intense pain.
In critical condition, Kamal was transferred to Kauvery Hospital in Chennai. A CT scan revealed that the infection had spread extensively throughout his body. Consequently, he underwent his first surgery on June 6, 2024. Unfortunately, the infection was found to have spread to the deepest layers of his skin, necessitating a second surgery on June 8, 2024, and a third surgery on June 14, 2024.
He is currently under close observation in ICU.The medical expenses have far exceeded our financial capabilities, and we are in urgent need of funds to continue his treatment.
