My name is Sanyam Pahwa living in Rajpura, Distt. Patiala, Punjab. I am here to raise funds for my son 1 year old son ABIR.

Abir is suffering with  Advanced Stage Chronic Liver Disease from last 10 months and has been recently advised for liver transplant. He is going to receive a Liver Transplant in Max Hospital, Delhi but has not yet been admitted due to shortage of funds.

We have managed to bear the treatment expenses so far, arranging the amounts from savings and loans. We will need Rs. 20,00,000 more in the next few days for further treatment.
