One of my engineering college hostel 1 mates from Jorhat Engineering College, Sachin Bora, is going through an unimaginable crisis. His wife and young daughter Shelly met with a tragic accident while traveling from Byrnihat to Guwahati.
While his wife is slowly recovering after rib cage surgery, Shelly is still in a coma due to a severe brain haemorrhage. She is currently being treated at Health City Hospital, Khanapara.
Doctors have advised shifting her out of Guwahati for advanced neurological treatment, in Gangaram hospital, New Delhi which involves air ambulance transfer and extremely high medical costs.
