My 12-year-old cousin who has just lost her father a year back is from the small town of Sivsagar, Assam. A bright student in grade 6, she is struggling with a rare breed of spinal disease called 'S' shaped Scoliosis impacting the spinal cord to deflect the spine by 69 degrees to the left side of the lumbar region and 49 degrees to the right side from the shape of 'S'. Her medical expenses will cost around 15 Lakhs which is almost impossible for the family to afford. I would plead with each one of you to help her for the cause and save an innocent life.
