Focal segmental glomerulosclerosis (FSGS) . Now due to Kidney failure he is on dialysis from the last 3 months that have caused a sharp loss of 40 kg.He is unable to speak well due to water in lungs. He needs immediate kidney transplant surgery but he doesn't have such a larger amount to pay for the hospital. His treatment is going in Medanta hospital, New Delhi. So I am requesting everyone to help his family to save Chandan's life.
