Tax benefits for INR donations will be issued by PRIYANKA JARIWALA MEMORIAL FOUNDATION

October is breast cancer awareness month. Over 2 Lac women will be diagnosed with breast cancer in India this year. Early detection through self-examination and mammograms is important for timely diagnosis and treatment.

Relief From Cancer and PJMF are nonprofit organizations providing support for holistic care to cancer patients. In addition to our regular activities, we have several campaigns this October to increase the awareness of breast cancer.

Our campaigns include:
1) Articles in English, Hindi, and Gujarati newspapers with tips on self-examination.
2) A webinar "Jaago, Breast Cancer Ko Pehchano" with Dr. Shalaka Joshi, surgical oncologist at Tata Memorial Hospital in Mumbai via Facebook Live on October 23rd, 2020.
3) Awareness messages through various digital media channels to educate women on breast cancer.
