Blue Bell animal welfare trust is dream come true of veterinarian Dr.Shakthi a transwomen, based in puducherry in India..   Shakthi being a transwomen and a veterinarian got committed to rescued animals who are in need met with accident,  abundant, sick in the street now when have a big family of 41 dogs,  17 cats and 5 crows,  Minas  , civet cat squirrels etc We are in rented space in apartment looking forward to move out to a bigger space of open garden, help us to have two meal a day as out mom is able to fed a one meal a day. Looking forward to improve our quality of life
