Biswabandhu Mission is a philanthropic conglomeration registered in 2000 under Indian Trust Act. The charitable organisation has been discharging the noblest duty towards the uplift of the backward classes, orphans, and minority students’ accommodated in an academic complex since 2002. Seven Members formed a Trust in 2002 but in the middle of the preceding decade one of the Trustees breathed his last. Biswabandhu Mission primarily an educational institution carrying on Missionary and philanthropic work, looking after all irrespective of caste creed or colour. Considered only the manifestation of the divine will, the Mission is set vigorously upon the task of training a band of students inspired with the twin ideals of self-realisation and social welfare to humanity.Residential model School –
We accommodate orphans, SC, ST students and provide them two high Tiffin and two square meals a day. The inmates are offered normal education. West Bengal Board of secondary Education’s syllabus followed. Medium Bengali.
Medical help-
We offer homeopathic medical consultation service along with supply of medicine free of cost to the inmates as well as poor people who cannot afford expensive tests of allopathic system of treatment.

Computer training centre-
We offer fundamental Knowledge of computer to the students and youths of the locality to make them fit in their places of work
Skill development is also a part of our concern. We run a sewing school to equip the girls as also the women of the adjacent area.
We, run a miniature scale old age home to offer them accommodation, medical help, food and recreation etc in return of which they guide, teach and make the children complete man.
Agriculture firming helps the students to acquire the knowledge of cultivation of vegetables, paddy and other side crops.
Horticulture is another side engagement for students’ further equipment. They are learning from the appropriate sector regularly.
Pond in the premises helps to the students to get knowledge of fisheries.
Dairy is another project we have in our programme to equip the students for dairy farming.
Cooking - Lessons on cooking is also imparted to the students to make them students self- reliant if circumstances compel to do so.
Best practices- Considering the financial condition of the SC,ST people of this area we felt the need of nutritional support at first for students’ natural development and healthy life. Education up to secondary stage arranged . Therefore, the organisation set up a residential academic complex where the inmates more than 100 are provided not only nutritious food but also tutorial coaching. A group of adequately qualified residential and non-residential teaching staff engaged to offer normal instructions.
Fund if available will be used to feed the unfed, medical help and educational help.
