My name is Gautam Lal and I am here to raise funds for my father Bijay Shankar Lal who is 62 years old.
Family: Bijay Shankar Lal lives in Nerul, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra with his spouse and two children.
Life path: After completing graduation in Arts, he came to Mumbai for work and got employed in a construction firm. Later, he joined Hiranandani Group as a storekeeper and retired as a purchase officer after 23 years of service at the age of 60 in the year 2021. This year in January, he was diagnosed with piles and while undergoing treatment for the same it was discovered that he was also suffering from Acute Myeloid Leukemia (blood cancer).
Hospitalization: Since then he has been undergoing treatment for blood cancer, and is currently admitted at Medicover Hospital in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai.
Treatment Expenses: Until now, we have spent about Rs. 40,00,000 (Indian Rupees Forty Lakhs). We have thus far managed it from savings and loans. Now need Rs. 30,42,700 (Indian Rupees Thirty Lakhs Forty Two Thousand Seven Hundred) more for further treatment.
Having exhausted all our savings in the last few months on my father's treatment, I am left with no other option but to ask with folded hands for your generosity.
