Bibek subba 25 years old adult is a residence of Kolbong, Pulbazar a sub-division of Darjeeling West Bengal. He is suffering from both kidney infection and also swelling. He belong to a middle class family, his father is farmer and his mother is a housewife. Being the eldest son in the family he was the only one to earn for the family income.
Recently Bibek had a very severe fever and stomach pain. After going for a check for a check up at Siliguri
the doctor informed that he had suffered from end-stage renal disease (ESRD), kidney infection. A person in ESRD needs dialysis or kidney transplant. Till now his family had spent over 400000(four lakh) for his medical treatment from their family savings and loans. 
          Bibek is now on critical stage and only ur support can save him. Hailing from a small village, their financial status is very poor. For a Kidney treatment they need a very higher amount which they are unable to afford.
