If you're reading this, you're probably a friend, colleague, batchmate or well-wisher of Bhaskar Baruah who many of us know as the jovial, enthusiastic and ever-smiling soul.

Bhaskar has had to endure many a challenge in the last few years, from losing his eyesight completely in both eyes in 2017 due to retinal detachment to overcoming depression to now being at Stage 5 of Chronic Kidney Disease.

He has been undergoing dialysis for his condition  3 times/week since 2022 and a kidney transplant is the only way out of this condition. He is currently doing his dialysis sessions at Apollo Hospital, Bannerghatta (Bangalore) which costs him ~Rs.50,000/month.

This fund-raiser is to help collect funds that Bhaskar can use for a kidney transplant and also provide some support for him for his dialysis sessions, till such time the kidney transplant can be completed.
