Hi, I’m Vartul,
My father, Bharat Kumar Shrivastava (age 49), was found to be suffering from Covid-19 on 9th April 2021 and was suggested bed rest for a week. After a week, he had to be hospitalized as he was not able to cope up with oxygen levels. Unfortunately, the situation has gotten worse, he has been hospitalized since a month ago. And he is not showing any sign of recovery whatsoever.
He was shifted from private hospital to Gandhi Medical College (Hamidia Hospital), Bhopal on 18th April with 35 spO2. He fought bravely and was on NIV for 3 weeks. He was recovering and was shifted to HFNC but superadded bacterial pneumonia caused him to deteriorate again.
He's currently intubated, on mechanical ventilation. He requires septicemia management, for which the physicians have suggested an aseptic bubble setup not currently available in the hospital or Bhopal.
We are planning to shift him to a specialized respiratory management setup in Hyderabad, KIMS Hyderabad is one such hospital so we are planning to shift him here.
My father Bharat is a Computer Science teacher at a school. He hoods strong willpower and confidence. But, he needs your financial support along with your good wishes. The medical procedures' cost may range from INR 75 Lakhs to INR 1 Crore at a bare minimum.
