During the COVID-19 pandemic, a lot of daily wage earners and migrant labourers are in need of basic supplies. We at Young United Foundation are working hard to provide basic ration and cooked food to over 150 families. We are also providing basic medical facilities like hand sanitizer, gloves and masks to these families.

Total costs are detailed below -
Hand Sanitizers, masks and gloves for 600 people = Rs 42000 (600 * 70 Rs)
Ration packets for 150 families =  Rs 115000 (Rs 1150*150)
(10kg Rice, 5kg dal, 5kg sugar, 10kg aata and 1kg salt)
Serving daily cooked meals twice a day = Rs 40000
(dal and rice or pulav rice)
Travelling and safety of volunteers = Rs 3000
Total cost = Rs 200000

The areas where we provide these facilities are in Colaba, Parel, Siwri cross road and Wadala.
