My name is Sweta Parmar and I am raising funds for my brother, Ashish Parmar (34 yrs) who is battling severe post-COVID complications since the last 40 days at Ratlam Hospital, Madhya Pradesh.
My father passed away due to COVID on 1st of May 2021, he was also tested positive on the same day. Me and mother too contracted coronavirus, but thankfully recovered after few days of hospitalization. The family’s insurance and savings both have gotten exhausted in managing this ordeal. Ashish has been in ICU sustaining a 90% lung damage since 6th May. Although Ratlam is a small city, we were able to manage a few antiviral and anti-fungal drugs, but the treatment is costing 4,00,000 Rs a week.
Ashish cannot survive without oxygen and these drugs are our last resort to save him. He is the only male member in the family now and we are struggling to arrange for incremental funds.
